I have been going to this location for many years and the entire staff from general managers to associates are extremely helpful and polite. Lately, I have changed my grips and shafts in Pro-Shop and I would like to thanks JORDAN and his staff for his guidance and expertise for taking care of me. I would recommend this location to anyone who is seeking exceptional customer service.

Went in there looking for a new driver, already knew the one I wanted. Jordan helped me out, got me on the simulator, analyzed my swing. He spent a lot of time with me, and ended up getting me to try out a 10.5 degree as opposed to the 9 degree I came in for and have always hit. I added an extra 15-20 years to my drive just from this. I really appreciated his help and I’ll be back for my next upgrade.

The store itself is nice. My problem was the pro shop. I dropped off a shaft for adapter change, grip and length adjustment. I was told I could pick it up three days later. When I arrived, no one had touched it yet. So I was asked to wait another two days. I came back four days later (closed on one of the days for a holiday) and the full job STILL wasn't done. I had to wait for someone to put the grip on the shaft, which was then done the opposite of what I asked (emblem up, not down).

Usually enjoy my visit, but today was a bit off. Because of theft, they have all the irons locked until the associate unclips them. Wanted 10 minutes, didn't see anybody, so I left. I guess I'll buy online.
